View documentation templates

Learn how to view the structure and configuration of existing documentation templates on the ValidMind Platform UI.

By default, ValidMind provides the following types of stock templates:

• Documentation
• Validation Report
• Ongoing Monitoring

Prerequisites

• You are logged in to ValidMind.
• You are a Customer Admin or assigned another role with sufficient permissions to perform the tasks in this guide.¹

Steps

1. In the left sidebar, click Settings.

2. Under Workspace Settings, select Templates.

3. Click on one of the available templates.

   In the page that opens, you can view information about the template, such as:

   • Name and description of the template
   • Version of the templates
   • Sections in the template and how they are structured
   • Guidelines associated with each section
   • Tests from the developer framework that feed into the template
